Refunds and Returns

 

With BrootZo there are  no dead  ends.  Returns  , replacements  of  refunds  with BrootZo are easy peasy.

If you do not  like  the  lamp you bought from us  then simply return it .A  refund  will be  applied within 72 working hours or  less from the  time  goods have been successful processed from our  returns center . This  refund  policy is  independent from the  time  that has passed  from when you bought  the  lamp from us. So is it in one  hour   or  one  year , no matter . Our  processing time  for  returns  is  maximum 5 working days  but  usually, it  is much less

We will send you return labels and when a pickup store  is  too far  from you we will arrange for  collection .
